This presentation will teach you what stress and self-care are, and how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We all know that stress will always be a part of our lives, so why not learn how to best live with it using self-compassion and resilience. You will learn practical ways to manage your self-care weather you have two minutes or two days available for self-care.
